We are delighted to support the expansion of a top-tier Private Client offering in Oxford and are seeking a Private Client Partner to join a team that has earned its reputation for excellence in high-end tax advice and estate planning.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a practice that has seen significant growth under its leadership and continues to provide outstanding advice and support to a loyal and ever-expanding client base. The role offers the chance to lead and develop the business while maintaining exceptional standards of client service.

Key responsibilities include delivering effective legal services, broadening expertise into new sectors or markets, and supervising junior colleagues. You'll also play a pivotal role in thought leadership and performance management, ensuring team objectives are achieved and profitability is maintained.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (10+ PQE), ideally STEP qualified, with strong expertise in private client matters and a track record of leadership.
