Commercial Property Partner - Oxford

A well-established legal practice with offices in Oxford, Reading and London known for its work on complex and high-value matters in commercial property, The firm has a prestigious commercial property client base, including high-value developers, investors, banks, major corporate occupiers and a number of public sector bodies with a strong legacy reputation in the region. The culture emphasises credibility, technical excellence and effective team leadership.

About the Role:

The Oxford office is seeking a Commercial Property Partner to take over legacy work and maintain key client relationships, particularly with university estates. This is a senior-level position offering a fixed share partnership with full autonomy and leadership responsibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead on legacy commercial property matters, including high-value developers, investors, banks, major corporate occupiers and a number of public sector bodies to help them develop, manage and maintain the property portfolios
  • Represent the firm in client-facing and stakeholder engagements
  • Collaborate with other partners to drive strategic growth in the property practice

Salary & Benefits:

  • £120,000 - £170,000

Ideal Candidate:

  • Established background in commercial property law with a track record in high-value transactions
