Employment Associate - Cambridge, London or Oxford with hybrid working

A growing international firm that delivers innovative sector-focused solutions and offers flexibility for individuals to achieve a work/life balance

• Work with UK and international clients with a focus on start-ups, spinouts, SMEs and fast-growth businesses
• Work on a range of employment matters to support client growth or expansion, including advisory work, corporate support and tribunals
• Play an active role in business development

• 5+ years PQE in Employment law
• Passionate about working alongside early-stage and fast-growth businesses
• Ability to work well with others along with balanced judgment, common sense, initiative and the capacity to confront and resolve a variety of situations
• Aptitude for business development in evolving markets
