We are looking for a dependable and flexible FM Soft Services Operator to join our facilities team at Campsfield IRC. This role plays a vital part in supporting day-to-day operations.

What You'll Be Doing

Support deliveries and goods inwards, ensuring accurate receipt and handling of items
Assist with stores management, including stock control and inventory tracking
Drive company vehicles as required for collections and deliveries
Carry out portage duties, including movement of equipment, supplies, and furniture
Set up rooms for meetings, training sessions, and operational needs
Provide general FM support across the site, maintaining cleanliness, safety, and functionality
Collaborate with site teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Strong organisational and manual handling skills
Willing to learn and help where needed
Comfortable with physical, practical work
Basic IT skills for inventory and reporting tasks
