We are seeking a Casual cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner at Fidelis Group, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our clients' facilities, contributing directly to our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

• Perform commercial cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly to meet client standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of designated areas including offices, industrial sites, and public spaces.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly and effectively.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to supervisors.
• Support team members in achieving daily cleaning objectives.
• Ensure all tasks are completed within scheduled time frames.

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning duties.
• Previous experience with industrial or large-scale cleaning is a plus.
