Retail Van Driver

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Driver/Warehouse Operative to support our shops and warehouse operations. Retail Van Driver/Warehouse Operative

Hours: Part time – 15 hours per week
Location: Retail Warehouse, Oxford, OX4 6JS
with travel across the shop network
Salary: £10,400 per annum (full-time equivalent salary: £26,000 per annum (pro rata))
Closing date: 29 March 2026 at 12 noon

• Delivering and collecting stock between shops and the warehouse.
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and communicating effectively with shop managers and the line manager.
• When not driving, assisting in the warehouse by keeping the area tidy, organising and storing stock, picking and loading goods, processing new deliveries, and sorting donations.
• Working in a fast-paced, varied role within a friendly team.

• Reliable and motivated with good communication skills.
• Ability to travel across the shop network as part of the role.
• Willingness to work in both driving and warehouse environments.
