UPP is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our on-site facilities team, delivering both planned and reactive maintenance for our student accommodation. This permanent role runs 37.5 hours per week, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with a salary of £27,218 per annum.
You will carry out reactive maintenance, support health and safety checks, assist with moving items, and help ensure the site remains clean and safe for residents.
