JDR Recruitment are hiring on behalf of our client for Traffic Management Operatives to join their team in Oxford and the surrounding areas.

Location: Oxford & surrounding areas
Pay: £155-£225 per shift
Shifts: 8-12 hours
Job Type: Permanent / Full-time

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Traffic Management Operatives to join our client on a permanent basis
, working on a range of sites across Oxford and the surrounding areas.

You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining and removing traffic management systems while ensuring a safe environment for road users, pedestrians and site workers.

• Setting up and removing traffic management systems
• Installing signs, cones, barriers and other traffic management equipment
• Maintaining safe working areas around roadworks
• Conducting regular site checks
• Following traffic management plans and safety procedures
• Working safely around live traffic
• Supporting the wider site team
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety

• Previous traffic management experience required
• Lantra M1, M2 and M5 qualifications preferred
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
• Safety-conscious with a professional attitude
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexible with working hours
• Willing to work evenings, nights and weekends when required
