Service Team Leaderto join our management team, overseeing a multi-disciplined team of Cleaners, Security Guards, and Waste Operatives. As aService Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in delivering andmaintainingthe highest standards of Security and Environmental services within a busy, town centre-based shopping and leisure facility.

• Lead, support, and motivate your team to ensure the highest service standards in Security, Cleaning, and Waste Management.
• Develop yourself and your team through ongoing training, coaching and mentorship.
• Foster apositive and inclusive work environment, ensuring all team members feel valued and respected.
• Ensure smooth daily operations by effectively prioritizing and delegating tasks according to business, team, and individual needs.
• Maintain excellent customer service, ensuring visitors experience a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

• Apassion for customer service, ensuring our customers are at the heart of everything we do.
• Previous front-line leadership experience in either
  
  Housekeeping or Security.
• Ability todevelop and inspire team members, supporting their professional growth.
• Aclear and articulate communicator, capable of engaging effectively with colleagues, management, and customers.
• Strong decision-making and task prioritization skills,maintaining efficiency and high service levels.
• A professional and proactive approach toproblem-solving and conflict resolution.
