Fire Contracts Manager

Location: Cowley
My Client is urgently recruiting for an experienced Fire Contracts Manager to join their team and take responsibility for overseeing and managing multiple fire protection contracts across the country. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills to ensure our projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards.

This role is office-based with regular site visits as required.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee teams working on existing and new fire protection contracts nationwide.

Ensure all programmed works are delivered on schedule and to the highest standard.

Provide clear, accurate reports to the FRA Directors in line with company policies.

Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, including leading meetings and providing updates.

Ensure all works comply with safety regulations and internal quality standards.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of fire stopping and fire door installations.

Carpentry experience preferred, ideally from a trade background.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Confident in holding meetings and presenting information.

Computer literate with the ability to produce detailed reports.

Proven ability to lead teams and motivate staff.

Smart, professional appearance.

Willing to work across both office and site environments.
