We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Project Management to join a company working within the instrumentation space. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the development of a key product line, ensuring it meets performance requirements, and is delivered on time and within budget.

• Ensure technical alignment across engineering disciplines and key suppliers to deliver system performance and functionality.
• Collaborate with the project manager and functional managers to ensure resources are available to meet development timelines, conducting stage gate reviews in accordance with the PLM process.
• Manage the product development budget in coordination with the Head of Development & Engineering.
• Work with the Head of Supply Chain Management to achieve product cost targets.
• Coordinate with the product manager and marketing team to align product functionality and performance with customer requirements to maximize business opportunities.

• Experience in project management within electronics and/or semiconductor product development.
• Proven success in managing complex projects from conception to completion.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
