Managing a team of Housing Support Workers supporting those facing homelessness Reviewing and ensuring support plans and risk assessments are updated Developing and delivering tailored workshops for staff around support delivery, recording, and safeguarding Supporting the Housing Support Workers caseload where possible Tracking referral sources and progressing new placements Supporting the rollout of arrears plans and budgeting tools for residents Reinforcing expectations around service charge and tenancy engagement Overseeing onboarding and induction for new team members Chasing and monitoring training compliance, shadowing needs, and performance concerns Providing 1:1s and informal support to team members where required
