As a Senior Project Manager
, you will lead and oversee large-scale construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time
, within budget
, and to the highest standards. This role will require strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to inspire and drive teams to success.

• Full Project Leadership: Managing all aspects of projects valued between £40m-£90m.
• Client Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Team Management: Leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects to the highest standards.
• Programme Control: Ensuring works are completed on time and in accordance with programme schedules.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Promoting and enforcing the highest safety standards across all activities.
• Financial Oversight: Managing project budgets, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.

• Proven experience managing projects valued over £40m, preferably within a main contractor environment.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and commercial awareness.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ambition to progress to Project Director level.
