Overview
Associate Director, Structures – Oxford
£75k-£80k + Car Allowance & benefits. Our client is seeking an ambitious Associate Director Structural Engineer to help lead the growth of their Oxford office alongside the existing Director.
Responsibilities- Lead the growth of the Oxford office alongside the existing Director.
- Act as deputy to the existing Director in the day-to-day running of the office.
- Support and develop a team with broad operational capability and strong management skills.
- Chartered status with strong technical expertise in structural engineering.
- Significant experience delivering high-quality structural engineering projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software and a sound understanding of relevant codes and BIM methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead, support and develop a team.
- Potential and desire to progress to Director level in time.
