Sales Manager

Red Recruitment is recruiting a Sales Manager to drive operational excellence and manage a team of Business Development Leads to deliver an optimum level of service to their customers.

You will have a proven track record of engaging with, motivating, and proactively managing a sales team, and confidence with working in a busy sales environment.

• Salary: Up to 38,000 per annum + an uncapped commission structure
• Hours: Monday - Friday, Office Hours
• Contract: Permanent

• Leading, inspiring, and developing a team of BDL to achieve and exceed performance targets
• Monitoring and optimising Contact Centre metrics to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Weekly meetings with CEO and key senior stakeholders to discuss team performance and ongoing targets
• Providing hands-on coaching and development to enhance team performance and individual growth
• Holding training sessions for raw talent candidates
• Driving results for ambitious KPIs and service standards
• Utilising your commercial acumen to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
• Collaborating with other departments to align strategies and achieve business goals

• 3+ years as a Sales Team Manager
• Experience managing a team of 10 or more
• Team and side-by-side coaching experience is advantageous
• A proven track record of engaging with and managing a sales team
• Be inspired to drive excellence with your own targets and your teams
