I’m recruiting for a Commercial Manager to join one of the UK’s leading main contractors, delivering a major £1bn+ life sciences scheme in Oxford.
This is a career-defining opportunity to take full commercial ownership of a £350m façade package on one of the most significant construction projects in the region.
✔ Strong main contracting background
✔ Proven ability delivering large-scale, complex packages
✔ Excellent commercial leadership and stakeholder management skills
✔ Life sciences or high-tech project experience is a bonus
💼The Role:
- Responsible for commercial strategy, cost management, risk, procurement and contract administration
- Working as part of a tier-one team delivering a £1bn+ flagship scheme
- Opportunity to shape commercial delivery across a highly technical, prestigious project
