Project Manager – High-End Residential Construction

I am currently working with a client who is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious, family-run construction business with a strong reputation for delivering high-end residential refurbishments, extensions, and restoration projects, with values of up to £1 million.

As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a driven and organised Project Manager who is looking for long-term career progression and the opportunity to play a key role in the company's future success.

Working as part of a close-knit team, you will collaborate directly with the company directors, taking ownership of projects from inception through to completion while helping to support the continued expansion of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing high-end residential refurbishment, extension, and restoration projects

* Overseeing projects from pre-construction through to handover

* Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams

* Managing project programmes, budgets, and quality standards

* Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction

* Working closely with the directors to support business growth and operational excellence

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience as a Project Manager within the residential construction sector

* Strong knowledge of high-end residential projects

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

* Commercial awareness and strong organisational abilities

* A proactive and ambitious approach with a desire to grow alongside the business
