Building Services Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experience Building Services Manager to join our team at Oxford office to provide effective support for the construction projects

• Work alongside Estimators and Construction (pre and post) delivery teams to ensure a thorough and analytical review of drawings and specifications to support and ensure adherence to customer needs, relevant standards and current best practice
• Works closely with the Health & Safety Managers to ensure the highest standards of SHEQ are maintained throughout the business
• Analyse contractors best value and variations for accuracy and value for money
• Support and review programme and progress across the business projects
• Support project commissioning through programme, coordination and production
• Provide a point of liaison for Building Services Business Partners/supply chain
• Lead the improvement of Building Services knowledge and skillset throughout the business

• A good understanding of building services from pre-con, through installation and commissioning
• Understand the impact of building services decisions on the wider construction project and is able to make a compelling argument to ensure the relevant teams make the right decisions
• Presentation skills to internal and external partners including a customer focus to promote positive and accurate building services across our business

• Minimum degree in Building Services. Mechanical or Electrical engineering
• IEng or CEng, CIBSE membership
• Experience of in a similar role at management level
