• Education:
  
  Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
• Experience:
  
  Significant experience as a Registered Manager within a children's residential EBD setting, preferably in an urban environment.
• Regulatory Track Record: A history of achieving consistent 'Good' or 'Outstanding' Ofsted outcomes and a deep understanding of the Quality Standards.
• Stature: A confident, articulate leader who can effectively represent the service in high-stakes professional forums.
