Overview

Are you an accomplished senior field team manager with knowledge of tech products in the retail sector and extensive field sales management experience? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! At CPM we are seeking a talented and motivated person to join our team as the Senior Regional Team Manager on behalf of Samsung. Up to £69,250; salary £55K DOE + 15% bonus per annum + car allowance, company laptop, and mobile.

Hours:

37.5 hours Monday to Friday between 08:00 to 20:00 (On-call one weekend – Saturday and Sunday) every three weekends, with the time taken back in lieu the following week.

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for delivering regional sales, share and customer engagement objectives across the Client retail sales programme. Reporting into the Senior Account Manager, the role leads a geographically dispersed team of Area Sales Managers responsible for driving sales performance, promoter effectiveness and retailer advocacy within stores.
  • Acting as the operational lead for team, ensuring national strategy set by the Senior Account Manager is consistently executed through strong field leadership, coaching and retail expertise.
  • A key part of the role is developing Area Sales Managers to build high‑performing territories that continuously improve customer engagement, premium sales performance, attachment rates and promoter capability.
  • The Senior Field Team Manager will also act as the eyes and ears of the field operation, providing actionable insight on competitor activity, retailer behaviour, promotional effectiveness and emerging commercial opportunities to support future strategy and sales optimisation.
  • The successful candidate will lead through Area Sales Managers to continuously improve customer experience, retailer engagement and commercial performance.
  • Building strong relationships with regional retail stakeholders, including Regional Managers and Store Managers, to improve advocacy, customer engagement and sales performance.
  • Support creation and presentation of weekly and quarterly client reports through delivery of regional insight, recommendations and performance analysis.
  • Provide regular feedback on competitor activity, retailer initiatives and emerging field trends.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience of regional field sales team management within the field sales or retail industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of the technology retail market and sector, including remote and in‑person working.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Excellent management and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong analytical abilities, capable of using data to guide and optimise performance.
  • Client focused with exceptional relationship building skills with an eye for detail.
  • A willingness to travel extensively as required (some travel to the Republic of Ireland will be part of this role).
