Registered Manager / Home Manager – Residential Care for Older People (Medium Sized) – Oxford
£64,000 to £72,000 + Excellent Benefits

Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional, person‑centred care.
  • Drive quality improvement and ensure continued compliance with CQC standards.
  • Support, coach and develop managers and staff to reach their full potential.
  • Oversee occupancy, admissions and relationships with residents and their families.
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Monitor performance, quality assurance and governance to ensure the service continues to excel.
  • Play a key role in the strategic development of the home alongside the CEO and senior leadership team.
Qualifications
  • Significant experience managing a care home / residential home as a Registered Manager.
  • Strong background in elderly care, passion for delivering outstanding services and leadership skills to motivate and develop a high‑performing team.
  • QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Social Care or equivalent.
  • Excellent IT skills and knowledge of business support, admin systems, processes and best practice.
