To be successful in this Director‑level role, candidates must demonstrate:
- Commercial Acumen: A proven track record in business development, fee generation, and maintaining high‑value client relationships within the Oxfordshire region.

- Pre- and post‑contract cost management for multi‑million‑pound developments.

Working alongside Directors in Building Surveying and Engineering to deliver integrated, "one-firm" solutions for blue‑chip clients. - P&L Responsibility: Managing departmental budgets, fee forecasting, and ensuring the commercial viability of the cost consultancy division.
