  • Team Evolution: Leading, motivating, and growing the Quantity Surveying team, ensuring quality control and professional standards are met across all projects.

    Collaboration:

    Working alongside Directors in Building Surveying and Engineering to deliver integrated, "one-firm" solutions for blue‑chip clients.
  • P&L Responsibility: Managing departmental budgets, fee forecasting, and ensuring the commercial viability of the cost consultancy division.
