Sainsbury's in Oxford is seeking a confident Customer & Trading Manager who will work with a small team of managers to keep the store running smoothly every day. You’ll take day-to-day responsibility for operations, often as the sole on-site manager with full accountability for the shop.
You’ll lead a team, ensure fast, safe, and friendly service, coach colleagues to deliver brilliant customer care, and manage performance, scheduling and disciplinaries.
