Electrical Project Manager
Oxford
CBS Recruitment are looking for an Electrical Project Manager for a long term commercial project in Oxford. This is a contract position with a BMS contractor that are delivering the full electrical and BMS package to a laboratory extension.
The successful Electrical Project Manager will have:
- A CSCS / ECS card (a SSSTS is prefered)
- Strong knowledge of Electrical and BMS systems.
- Proven success delivering full electrical packages to large scale commercial projects.
- Strong IT skills.
The successful Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Cost / budget management.
- Delivering progress reports.
- Ensuring the project stays on programme.
- Ensuring health and safety standards are met.
- Liaising with clients and site management.
- Seeing the project through to final completion.
In return, the successful Electrical Project Manager will receive:
- £400 per day - negotiable.
- Paid Mileage.
- Potential of future projects.
