This is an opportunity to take genuine ownership of an innovative engineering business at a pivotal point in its development. The successful individual will have the autonomy to shape the strategy, build the organisation and create the operational and commercial platform required to take the business from its current stage into a scaled, manufacturing‑led organisation with significant growth ambitions .
