The Oxford Institute of Technology and Justice (OITJ) is seeking to recruit a full-time Trial Watch Senior Programme and Partnerships Manager. You will lead Oxford's delivery of the Trial Watch programme, working with the Clooney Foundation for Justice, Columbia Law School and partners internationally. You will oversee programme planning, student involvement and partner activity, manage and develop up to five Fellows, and ensure priorities, risks and resources are effectively managed.

You will strengthen international partnerships, coordinate Trial Watch convenings and events, and support improvements to programme methodology and tools for access to justice. Alongside this, you will undertake knowledge-to-practice projects, analysing legal, policy and operational evidence to produce briefings and recommendations that inform Trial Watch and OITJ activity.

You will hold a law degree and be admitted to practise in at least one jurisdiction, with excellent written and oral communication skills. You will have experience building relationships across the human rights field, including with scholars, practitioners, NGOs, funders and partners from the Global South, and be able to represent the Institute credibly in international justice and technology. You will bring strong programme and project management skills, including experience of scaling programmes, negotiating major external partnerships and developing and reporting against key performance indicators.

You will be an effective collaborator who fosters teamwork and supports the development of others.
