At MSI UK, we're looking for a passionate and inspiring Clinical Services Matron to lead our established clinical team in Oxford and support service delivery across Reading and Chesham. What We're Looking For as a Matron Essential Registered Nurse or Midwife with current NMC Adult registration Previous people management and clinical leadership experience Strong understanding of clinical governance, quality and patient safety Experience leading and developing healthcare teams Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills Ability to travel regularly between Oxford, Reading and Chesham Develop Your Leadership Career Whether you're already working in a Matron role or looking to step into a broader leadership position, you'll have access to ongoing development opportunities, leadership support and the chance to contribute to strategic service improvements across the region.
