This Document Controller role is with one of the UK’s leading residential developers, delivering high-quality housing and residential developments across the country.

The Person

We are looking for an experienced Document Controller, ideally with a background working for a leading residential developer or main contractor.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and control of project documentation, ensuring information is correctly recorded, numbered, issued and archived so that it remains fully traceable.

Key responsibilities will include maintaining document registers and design review records, generating document numbers, quality checking documentation and managing communication status. You will also liaise with project teams and provide general administrative support where required.

Previous experience using SharePoint or 4

Projects is highly desirable.
