This is an exciting opportunity to lead one of Oxfordshire County Council's supported accommodation services for young people aged 16 to 18. As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for creating a safe, supportive and aspirational environment where young people can develop independence, build confidence and prepare for adult life.

You will lead and inspire a dedicated staff team, ensuring the highest standards of care, support and safeguarding are delivered in line with regulatory requirements and best practice. Working in a trauma-informed and child-centred way, you will oversee service development, quality assurance, staffing, performance and continuous improvement whilst promoting positive outcomes for young people. A key part of the role is developing a culture where young people feel listened to, valued and empowered.

You will work collaboratively with internal services, As a Registered Manager, you will lead a supported accommodation service for young people aged 16 to 18, ensuring high-quality care, safeguarding and support are delivered within a safe, nurturing and aspirational environment. You will inspire and develop staff, drive service improvement and help young people build the skills and confidence needed for adulthood.,
