Head of Operations; e-com logistics

Our client is a fast-growing niche e-commerce fashion retailer, looking to hire a strategic Operations Director to take ownership of distribution and fulfilment through its next stage of growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role at a pivotal moment. You'll deliver a major warehouse upgrade project, bring in automation, and build a high-performing team, all while raising service levels and keeping costs under control.

• Set and deliver the end-to-end operations strategy
• Lead the warehouse relocation and automation programme from plan to go-live
• Own the fulfilment centre P&L and the KPIs that drive it
• Build, coach and develop a strong operations team
• Get more from carrier partnerships and take cost out of the supply chain

• A track record leading operations in a high-growth B2C or e-commerce business
• Deep expertise in pick-pack-ship fulfilment and logistics
• Strong commercial acumen and a tech-first approach to problems
• Hands-on experience of warehouse moves and automation projects
• A drive for operational excellence and a genuine focus on the customer
