We are currently looking for an Assembler to join a well-established technology company based in Oxford. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for stable, long-term work within a clean and supportive environment. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

The Role:

Assembly work using small parts and components
Bench-based and repetitive work while seated at a workstation
Following assembly drawings, work instructions, and documentation
Diagnosing and repairing faulty components where required
Assisting with packing, dispatch, goods in, stock checks, and testing duties
Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
Keeping the work area clean, organised, and safe
Supporting continuous improvement and providing feedback during builds
Working independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines

Skills & Experience:

Assembly experience would be beneficial but is not essential as training is provided
Good attention to detail and ability to work with small components
Organised, reliable, and self-motivated
Good communication skills
Basic computer skills including Word and Excel Benefits:
