Production Operative

Our client based in the Witney area is seeking a Production Operative. You will be involved in the manufacture of prestressed concrete flooring products, which will include emptying, cleaning, setting, and filling of long‑line steel moulds. This is a labour intensive, manual role that involves working outdoors predominantly, in all weather conditions.

Hours are Monday to Friday, ranging from 40 to 45 hours per week:

• 40‑hour week contract: 7 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday
• 45‑hour week contract:
  Choice of 6 am to 4 pm or 7 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday

Because of the location, it is recommended that you have your own transport (car or motorbike).
