Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8.00 - 4.30 (37.5 hour week) Are you someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new skills and getting stuck in? I'm recruiting for a Trainee Production Technician to join a growing engineering and manufacturing business, supporting production operations and helping to investigate and resolve issues as they arise. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within engineering and manufacturing.

Previous experience is helpful, but attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn are far more important. What you'll be doing:
Supporting day-to-day production activities Investigating and helping resolve manufacturing issues Working with engineers and production teams to keep operations running smoothly Following work instructions and manufacturing procedures Learning technical troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques Using computer system to record and track information We're looking for someone who:
