Cell Leader / Production Supervisor in Oxford is looking for an experienced production leader to manage a team of around 20 skilled staff. You will oversee the manufacture of complex mechanical and electro‑mechanical assemblies, ensuring quality, safety and on-time delivery.
Salary is £40,000 - £50,000 with benefits. This hands‑on leadership role combines production leadership, people management and continuous improvement in a high‑precision environment.
