Red Chilli Recruitment in Oxford is seeking a hands-on Composite Team Leader to guide laminators and trimmers on the shop floor. You will lead by example, drive safety, and deliver quality, with a focus on developing people and achieving production targets.
This permanent role offers a 40-hour week with a 3pm Friday finish, overtime at enhanced rates, regular pay reviews and clear career progression in a growing composite manufacturing business.
