Workshop Technician Worcester £28,000 - £35,000  Generous Pension  Enhanced Holiday  Full Training  Progression  Mon-Fri Are you someone with hands-on mechanical or engineering experience looking to join a well-established engineering business offering excellent training, long-term stability and the opportunity to develop specialist skills? This is an excellent opportunity to join a global engineering organisation where you'll work within a modern workshop refurbishing, modifying and testing specialist industrial equipment.

Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for someone looking to broaden their engineering skillset and build a long-term career.

The Role Refurbishment, modification and testing of specialist engineering equipment Mechanical assembly, pipework, fittings and pressure testing Inspect, fault find and complete equipment failure reports Assist with workshop maintenance and continuous improvement projects Ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm (39 hours)

The Person Basic mechanical or engineering experience

Experience with fitting, pipework, fabrication, welding, soldering or similar Basic electrical knowledge Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work as part of a team Forklift or overhead crane experience desirable but not essential as full training will be provided Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd acts an employment agency for permanent roles and an employment business for temporary roles.
