Location: Oxfordshire

Reporting to the Operations Manager, our client is recruiting a Production Team Leader to support the day to day running of the production operations, helping to ensure safe, efficient and consistent manufacturing performance. The role provides visible, hands-on leadership to production operatives and deputises for the Operations Manager when formally requested. It supports delivery of the production plan, product quality, safety, people coordination, waste reduction and continuous improvement, while maintaining strong operational discipline across the site.

Experience Required

* Experience working in a manufacturing, production or similarly process-driven environment

* Practical understanding of safe systems of work, quality controls and operational procedures

* Experience of coordinating colleagues, allocating work or providing day-to-day team leadership

* Ability to interpret production priorities, identify issues and take appropriate action within agreed authority

* Clear written and verbal communication, with the confidence to give instructions and escalate concerns

* Good organisational skills, accuracy in record keeping and a consistent approach to standards

* Willingness and ability to work flexibly in line with production and absence-cover requirements
