Key Duties Operate production machinery as part of the manufacturing process. Carry out visual quality inspections to ensure products meet high standards.

Complete production paperwork accurately and efficiently. Follow manufacturing procedures and quality standards at all times. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment. Work as part of a team to achieve production targets. Comply with all health and safety procedures. Requirements No previous production experience required - full training provided. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good written and spoken English and Maths skills.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Flexible approach to working hours. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Own transport is essential.

What We Offer £13.20-£19.80 per hour, depending on shift pattern. Day and night shifts available. 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available. Overtime opportunities. 33 days' holiday. Full uniform provided.
