Manufacturing Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and scale a new manufacturing site, guiding a 60-100 person team within a larger manufacturing function. You'll shape processes, standards and ways of working to deliver safe, high-quality output from day one while driving continuous improvement. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to support new product introductions and ramp up production at Bicester, contributing to Siemens Healthineers' broader mission to advance healthcare  / Benefits

• Lead and develop a large manufacturing team to deliver safely, efficiently, and with consistent quality Play a key role in the start-up and ramp-up of the new Bicester facility, shaping processes, structures, and capability Translate business strategy into operational plans with clear priorities and goals Foster a culture of continuous improvement, structured problem solving, and operational excellence Ensure health, safety and environmental standards are embedded across all activities Manage production schedules, resources and capacity to meet customer demand Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support new product introductions and process improvements Own operational performance including quality, productivity, output and cost control Develop people through coaching, feedback and performance management Tasks Proven experience leading manufacturing teams in a complex, technical or regulated environment Experience managing large, diverse teams and creating inclusive, high-engagement cultures Experience supporting site start-ups, expansions or major operational change Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and structured problem solving Confidence with KPIs, visual management and data-driven decision making Clear and effective communication at all levels, building trust and collaboration Practical, solutions-focused mindset with resilience to navigate ambiguity and change Background in manufacturing, engineering or operations management with relevant technical or business qualifications Key requirements Competitive base salary 26 days annual leave (buy/sell options) Up to 10% matched pension contributions BUPA Private Medical Insurance Bonus & Share Save Scheme On-site gym
