Alloyed is seeking a Production Manager to oversee the end-to-end production function from its Oxford area facilities. You will lead cross-functional teams, align production plans to demand, and drive improvements in safety, quality and cost performance while sustaining lean manufacturing initiatives.
In this role you will own resource planning, schedule alignment with Planning and Engineering, and development of Team Leaders/Operators to build a high-performing shop floor culture.
