Position: CNC Turner - Permanent Nights
Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a well-established manufacturing business who are looking to recruit an experienced CNC Turner to join their team on a permanent night shift. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC Turner / CNC Machinist with strong CNC turning, setting and operating experience, looking for a long-term position with an established manufacturer. Salary: £44,000 per annum

Shift: Permanent Nights – Sunday to Thursday

The Role As a CNC Turner, you will be responsible for setting and operating CNC lathes to produce high-quality, precision components to engineering drawings and customer specifications. Your responsibilities will include:
Setting and operating CNC lathes Producing precision components to engineering drawings Selecting and changing cutting tools and tooling Setting machine offsets and making adjustments where required Carrying out in-process inspection and quality checks Working to tight tolerances and production deadlines Identifying and resolving basic machining issues Ensuring components meet required quality standards Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment The Candidate The successful CNC Turner will ideally have:
Previous experience as a CNC Turner / CNC Machinist Strong CNC turning setting and operating experience Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Experience working to tight engineering tolerances Good knowledge of cutting tools, tooling and offsets Previous experience within a precision engineering or manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality Ability to work independently on a permanent night shift Apply today or contact Elevation Recruitment Group for more information.
