Head of Planning, Hybrid

About the Agency

My client – a boutique, award-winning agency specialising in digital PR, social and influencer marketing – is looking for a seasoned pro to seamlessly take the reins during a period of maternity cover, ensuring continuity and leadership across their client portfolio.

As Head of Planning you’ll act as the agency’s strategic anchor, bringing clarity, rigour and commercial sharpness to everything they do. With two direct reports, you will play a central role in crafting & delivering client campaigns and will contribute significantly to annual planning for retained clients spanning household names and global brands in B2B and B2C.

You’ll need expertise across digital PR, content & social while demonstrable strength in SEO strategy in particular is essential for this role. You’ll be a strong communicator with multi-channel mastery and on-point project management skills, while knowing your way around compliance and regulatory frameworks would be a welcome bonus.

• 6-month fixed term contract covering maternity leave
• Ideally starting in early November
• Hybrid working: 2–3 days per week required at the Oxford HQ
• Potential to extend on a rolling basis
