Grad Bay is seeking an organised Events & Marketing Administrator to provide administrative support across a varied programme of student-focused events, promotional campaigns, recognition schemes and engagement activities. This full-time role runs from September 2026 to February 2027, with a 3-month probation and a 37.5 hour week.
Based in London or Wallingford, you will coordinate multiple projects, liaise with students and universities, and help deliver high-quality events and marketing
