Your new role As a Campaign Performance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in analysing a wide range of marketing performance data sets - across paid media, organic social, influencer activity, PR, events, and marketing mix modelling - to create clear, actionable storylines for key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
Consolidate data and insights to provide compelling narratives on campaign performance. Translate complex or ambiguous information into simple, digestible insights for a broad audience. Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams including product, marketing development, commercial marketing and creative strategy. Drive a culture of measurement excellence by shaping SMART objectives, performance benchmarks, and consistent frameworks. Project manage global campaign reviews from objective-setting to final results presentation.
Support the management of Post Campaign Analyses with media agency partners, ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and structured delivery. What you'll need to succeed A strong analytical, data-led mindset with intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Proven experience turning complex data into clear, confident communication and insights. A collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in cross-functional environments.
Experience with in FMCG, brand-side marketing, or a media agency (brand knowledge is particularly valued). Familiarity working across Owned, Earned, Shared and Paid channels, with exposure to Marketing Mix Modelling being advantageous. Experience working within a commercial business environment is beneficial.
