£21.23 – £23.40 per hour depending on experience.

• Take responsibility for the well‑being of residents and ensure their physical, emotional and social needs are met.
• Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals.
• Carry out assessments and develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans for each resident.
• Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies and legislation.

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN, responsible for managing the unit alongside clinical duties.
• Experience ensuring policies and standards are maintained to a high clinical standard.
• Confident in offering clinical guidance, including support for CQC tasks.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills for effective hand‑over of clinical issues.
• Strong critical thinking and self‑reliance, especially when working alone at night.
