Research Nurse Manager

We are seeking a Research Nurse Manager to lead the delivery of high impact, practice-changing research at the Oxford Special Airways Clinic. In this role you will provide clinical and professional leadership and line management to the clinical research nurses/practitioners within the airways research team. You will work closely with Professors Ian Pavord, Nayia Petousi and James Chalmers as well as principal investigators within OUH who conduct airways research to deliver high quality research.

The Nuffield Department of Clinical Medicine (NDM) is one of the largest departments of the University of Oxford and is part of the Medical Sciences Division, with responsibility for a significant part of the teaching of clinical students within the Medical School.

You will be a registered nurse with substantial experience in delivering clinical research in airway disease (asthma, COPD and bronchiectasis) and have worked as a research nurse at a senior level. The post is full time (part‑time at a minimum of 30 hours will be considered) and fixed‑term for one year.
