As Endoscopy Nurse within our Outpatient Department at The Manor Hospital, you’ll drive the standard in patient care.
Qualifications- You’re registered with the appropriate governing body, plus you bring the qualifications and experience that are relevant to your registration, including NMC.
- You also have post-registration experience.
- Pre-Assess Endoscopy patients
- Provide assistance pre/during/post diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy procedures.
- Assess, plan, develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care for patients to ensure delivery of a high standard of care.
- Support the senior clinical team, demonstrate procedures to and supervise registered and/or unregistered staff.
- Taking part in clinical audits
- Maintain effective communications with patients, relatives and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
