This will include providing real-time clinical advice to women, undertaking comprehensive risk assessments, and identifying the most appropriate care pathways to ensure safe, effective, and timely outcomes.
The Telephone Triage Midwife will be responsible for liaising with relevant departments and healthcare professionals to facilitate timely access to appropriate care and ensure that women are assessed and managed in the most suitable clinical setting.
Clinical advice will be informed by a rapid yet thorough assessment of the symptoms and concerns described during the telephone consultation.
