Our Oxford team makes specialist nutrition that hospital patients rely on. Never worked in pharma? No problem. We'll train you.

• Prepare ingredients and materials for sterile compounding
• Make products by following approved steps, exactly
• Inspect, label and pack finished products for dispatch
• Keep stock, equipment and records in great shape

You’ll spend most of your day in clean rooms, fully gowned from head to toe.

Some tasks repeat, and that’s on purpose: getting the same step right every time is what keeps patients safe.

Monday to Friday on rotating shifts of 7am–3pm AND
10am–6pm. With the odd 1pm–9pm. Your weekends stay yours.

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
• You spot the small things other people miss
• You like steady work with a real reason behind it

• £27,000 plus a £22.01 weekly shift allowance
• A permanent role with weekends free
• Full training in specialist skills valued across the industry
