A well-established and highly regarded property agency is looking to hire a Property Manager to join their busy East Oxford office.

The role

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties and acting as the key point of contact for landlords and tenants. This is a varied, fast-paced role with a strong focus on service delivery and relationship management.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing day-to-day landlord and tenant queries

* Arranging and overseeing maintenance and repairs

* Liaising with contractors and third-party suppliers

* Carrying out property inspections

* Resolving issues efficiently and professionally

* Negotiating between landlords and tenants when required

* Supporting the growth of the managed portfolio

What we’re looking for

* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

* Confident handling queries and problem-solving

* Calm and professional under pressure

* Previous property or lettings experience preferred

* Knowledge of HMO processes in Oxford is a strong advantage
